The legal desk is free and is the result of a collaboration between Friuli Innovazione and the Association of Young Lawyers (Associazione dei Giovani Avvocati) of Udine.
The purpose of the desk is to give an initial guide and legal information to entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs. The service is aimed at established companies and incubated startups in Friuli Innovazione and entrepreneurial groups that are developing their own business project with the support of Friuli Innovazione. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the territory that develop innovation projects, potential entrepreneurs, lecturers and researchers who have an interest in investigating different legal aspects can also access the help desk.
Users can get initial free advice and guidance from professionals on issues such as:
- Labour law consultancy
- Contracts
- Credit recovery
- Tax consultancy
The service is by appointment only and the dates will be communicated each time on the Friuli Innovazione website (generally the 3rd Wednesday of the month, in the afternoon). The meetings take place at the Friuli Innovazione headquarters and last about an hour.
