Use of personal data

Authorisation to the use of personal data as to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on Data Protection - RGDP).

The data provided in the present form will be treated for purposes strictly connected to Friuli Innovazione activities and to the activities implemented by official partners of the project ATLAS “Adriatic Cultural Tourism Laboratories”.


PRIVACY NOTICE pursuant to art. 13
of the General Data Protection Regulation
(Reg. EU n°. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016)


We wish to inform you about the processing of your personal data in compliance with Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, otherwise known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), and the Code concerning the protection of personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree n°. 196/2003, as last amended by Legislative Decree n°. 101/2018 (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Code" or "Code").
In compliance with the principle of transparency pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, as data controller FRIULI INNOVAZIONE soc. cons. a r.l. provides you with the information required by articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

Purposes of the processing

The personal data supplied by you will be processed according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights in accordance with the corporate privacy policy. The company also undertakes to process your data in compliance with the principle of "data minimisation", or by acquiring and processing data limited to what is necessary for the following purposes:
Management and performance of pre-contractual and contractual obligations;
Management of tax and accounting obligations;
Fulfilment of obligations under EU and Italian national laws.
We inform you that the processing of data is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations and adaptation of the consequent legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations). Your consent is not necessary for the purposes of data processing (Article 6.1 letter b and c of the GDPR); however, in the absence of communicating data, the data controller will not be able to stipulate the contract and fulfil the obligations deriving therefrom.

Nature of the data

In pursuing the aforementioned purposes, the following categories of data will be processed:
Identification data: name, surname, address;
Contact details: telephone number, mail;
Data relating to the stipulated contract and payments.

How data is processed

Your personal data, collected from you or conferred by entities authorised to disclose them, will be processed on paper, using IT tools. The data will be protected through technical and organisational measures that are suitable to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk referred to in art. 32.1 of the GDPR.

Recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following entities or categories of entities, strictly in relation to the purposes outlined above:

  1.  public bodies, companies or other entities that are contractually linked to the Data Controller for the performance of the contractual obligations or for the purposes established by law;
  2. entities that provide the Data Controller with ICT services, including, for example, e-mail, messaging, websites, electronic data storage, etc;
  3. lawyers, accountants and other professionals appointed by the Data Controller, for purposes strictly connected to the performance of the contractual obligations;
  4. competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

We also inform you that the aforementioned entities will be able to process your data as joint data controllers, or as data processors. In this case, the Data Controller undertakes to entrust entities that provide adequate guarantees regarding data protection, and - where necessary - will appoint them as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. A list of Data Processors is available from the Data Controller and may be viewed upon request.

Furthermore, your data will be processed exclusively for the purposes mentioned above, by the employees and/or collaborators, authorised by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR, and under the control of the Data Controller.
Your personal data will not be disclosed unless this is required by law or unless you have previously given consent to its disclosure.

Storage period

In accordance with the law on taxation and civil law, your identification and contact data, as well as data relating to the sales contract/services, will be stored for at least ten years from termination, expiration, dissolution or annulment of the contract, for credit protection purposes and compliance with the law (Article 5.1 letter e of the GDPR, Art. 2946 of the Italian civil code on the standard provision and Art. 43 of Presidential Decree 600/73).

Rights of the data subject

You can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR at any time.
Namely, you have the right to ask the following, at any time:
access to your personal data;
the rectification of any inaccurate data;
erasure of your personal data;
restriction of processing your personal data.
Additionally, you will also have:

  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data is processed for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, if you believe that your fundamental rights and freedoms have been infringed;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time in relation to the purposes for which this is necessary.
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor (Article 77 of the GDPR, Article 141 of the Code); for more information, please see www.garanteprivacy.it.
