Three workshops dedicated to regional tourism operators organized by Friuli Innovazione

Friuli Innovazione, organizes within the "ATLAS - Adriatic Cultural Tourism Laboratories" Project - funded by the Interreg Italy - Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation Program, three workshops addressed to operators in the sector of regional cultural tourism.
The aim of the project, through the laboratories, is to strengthen the skills, in particular the digital ones, in new tools for tourism, to enhance the cultural and natural heritage.

The workshops, free and limited, will take place between November and December: it is possible to participate in all the workshops, or two or one. The registrations, to be carried out via e-mail, will open on 11 October and will give access in order of sending.

the sector in which it operates and the role.

1) Experiential tourism. The ARTES project: how to create new experiences for the "consumer" tourist?

  • Date: November 9th
  • Seat: council chamber of the municipality of Cividale
  • Main recipients: local associations (eg, proloco), B & B managers, videomakers and storytellers, social media managers, tour guides
  • Program:

Morning: seminar with Maurizio Testa, experiential tourism expert, creator and coordinator of the ARTES project: Relational Animation for Experiential Tourism.
Duration: about 4 hours.

Afternoon: guided tour "Cividale del Friuli, a visit experience" with the expert Giovanna Tosetto.
Duration: about 3 hours.

2) New technologies, potential for operators in the sector: platform presentation, best practices

The workshop is divided into two dates to develop the theoretical part and then the practical part. Registration requires participation in both or only the first part, preparatory for laboratories.

  • Main recipients: managers and operators of cultural sites, B & B managers, videomakers and storytellers, social media managers
  • Program:

Lecture with the prof. Omero Paolo, professor of web technologies at the University of Udine and co-founder of InfoFactory.
The contents focus on an overview of the tools for digital promotion, content strategy and SEO; community management and mail marketing.
Duration: about 4 hours.

  • Program:

Practical laboratory: google ADV + Semrush (1 hour)
Group work of your choice: development of ICT strategy for the tourism product or social media strategy (3 hours)

3) Online and offline communication: Destination Branding Communication and Promotion

Communication workshop for the promotion and development of the brand.
With the participation of Promoturismo FVG and DMO Promoturismo FVG.
