Thursday, June 28 from 13 to 19 will be held the workshop "Paths to start a strategy transformation: strategic innovation vs. strategic consistency" held by prof. Carlo Bagnoli, professor of strategic innovation at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice and among the leading experts in strategic innovation in Italy.

The world is changing faster and faster and continually challenges business strategies and business models. It is therefore essential for companies to embark on a path of innovation, to be more competitive and successful on the market. This workshop aims to help companies understand how to apply the theories and tools needed to innovate their business model to their business reality.
The objective is to make sure that the companies of Friuli Venezia Giulia can pursue an innovative strategy, establishing themselves as a leader with respect to their competitors.

The professor will illustrate some practical cases and will guide the participating companies in the mapping of their mission / vision, business model and strategy, and will elaborate with them a first self-assessment of the degree of innovation / strategic consistency.

Among the participating companies, 5 will be selected, which will then continue the path of strategic innovation through a "tailor made" analysis of the results that emerged during the workshop.
