The event represents the final stage of a path on the innovation of business models launched on June 28th, with the workshop "Paths to start a Strategy Transformation: Strategic innovation vs. strategic consistency".

After a brief description of the peculiarities of the so-called "value tetrahedron", the results of the analysis of the strategic positioning of some companies interviewed will be presented. In particular, we will focus on the criticalities encountered at the level of business models, paths of value creation, critical factors of success, mission, vision and paradoxes.

The objective of this event is a comparison between the participants with a view to open strategy innovation, in order to identify possible trajectories of strategic innovation for the growth of companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia, which, to compete in continuously changing markets, must questioning traditional business strategies.
