Blucomb

Blucomb, spin off of the University of Udine founded in 2012, designs and develops innovative systems for the thermal exploitation of biomasses such as pyrolysis and gasification.

It is engaged in R & D on certain fronts, in particular from the use of alternative sources of biomass to the possible applications of vegetal carbon both in floro-nursery and as activated carbon for animal feed.

The company is also active in the transfer of know-how on the use of pyrolytic systems for domestic use, particularly suitable for cooking food in developing countries and for this Blucomb has many collaborations with NGOs working in different African countries .
