Liberamente Srl, is an academic spin-off of the University of Udine located in Friuli Innovazione since 1 September 2014. It offers businesses and software houses solutions in software development, information systems and organisation of business processes.

The spin-off works alongside businesses, offering:

• consultancy services for the analysis and development of organisational processes
• design of functional flows
• re-engineering of work processes.

Liberamente supports the implementation of projects, starting from feasibility studies up to the complete delivery of turnkey projects.
It also develops business intelligence systems, dedicated to logistics, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and portals for business support via the web.

The consultancy services to software houses include support in the organisation of activities related to product life-cycles:

• definition and management of the development process
• methodologies for measuring processes and software products
• criteria for testing and verifying software quality
• management of services such as training, start-up and after-sales assistance
