MANAGEMENT PRACTICE BOARD
The Management Practices Board (MPB) is a native managerial model, created and validated by Mylia and its partners, which consists of 4 macro-areas and 16 nodes that give life to a behavioural model capable of photographing the path that a resource takes on a daily basis, moving between the complexitỳ of the context and management activities.
The Management Practises Board is connected to an artificial intelligence system which, through the use of Kohonen maps, makes it possible to visualise the links between our different actions and detect the impact of each of our behaviours on our performance.
It also means the possibility of identifying the various managerial styles present within an organisational context and their correspondence with internal competence and/or value models.
